Shipping

What should I do if my order wasn’t delivered?

If you have placed an order and received a tracking number, we would first advise that you track your package in order to see its status. If the order says delivered please contact us by email or by messenger immediately so that we can ensure your order gets shipped to your door correctly. 

How long does delivery take?

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of placing your order. If you place your order after 3 pm on Friday, it will be shipped on Monday. If you do not receive a tracking number within that time frame, please contact us. Delivery time depends on your selected shipment method.

What countries do you ship to?

The ELL & Atty difference is undeniable, please contact us by email or messenger individually for international requests. 

Products

Are all products on the website in stock?

If our products are listed on the website it means they are in stock. Once we run out of inventory for a product, we immediately mark the product as sold out or remove it from our store. 

What should I do if I receive the wrong product/size?

Luckily, our socks are designed to be one size fits most, apart from our King Sized Byford Socks. If you do receive the wrong product, contact us by email or messenger as soon as possible so we can ship out your correct order and send you a return label with instructions for returning the wrong product. 

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

At ELL & Atty we inspect all our products at every level of the process. Each step of production is carefully monitored for faults all the way up to packing and shipping to your door. If you are not completely satisfied or any issue arises, please contact us and we will certainly offer you a refund or ship a new pair of socks to you.

What is your return policy?

  • We stand by our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied or any issue arises, please contact us and we will make it right and offer you a refund and instructions to return. Returned socks are then sanitized and donated. 

How do I exchange my ELL & Atty socks?

To exchange or return your ELL & Atty products, please contact our customer service via email or messenger as soon as possible. Our reps will send you an e-mail providing you with instructions on how to return the product and will ship you the correct pair of socks.

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be sent to you in an email once your order has been processed and shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number within 1 business day of placing the order, please reach out to our team by email or messenger to make sure your products are on the way and we will provide you with the tracking information. 

I have placed an order but I haven’t received a confirmation e-mail?

If you have not received a confirmation e-mail or the e-mail containing the tracking number for your order, please first ensure that your payment was correctly processed. If your payment was completed successfully and you have not received confirmation, please contact us by email or messenger as soon as possible so we can provide you with the correct information you need to receive your order.
