If you have placed an order and
received a tracking number, we would first advise that you track your
package in order to see its status. If the order says delivered please contact us by email or by messenger immediately so that we can ensure your order gets shipped to your
door correctly.
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of placing your
order. If you place your order after 3 pm on Friday, it will be shipped on
Monday. If you do not receive a tracking number within that time frame, please
contact us. Delivery time depends on your selected shipment method.
If our products are listed on
the website it means they are in stock. Once we run out of inventory for a
product, we immediately mark the product as sold out or remove it from our
store.
Luckily, our socks are designed
to be one size fits most, apart from our King Sized Byford Socks. If you
do receive the wrong product, contact us by email or messenger as soon as possible so we can
ship out your correct order and send you a return label with instructions for returning the wrong product.
